Hydrofluoric acid is a fuming, colorless liquid with formula HF. Hydrofluoric acid is a solution of hydrogen fluoride in water. Hydrofluoric acid is a very strong, reactive and corrosive acid. It readily reacts with bases, acids, and oxidants. It shows corrosive, dissolving effect on glass and ceramics. Due to reactivity towards glass and metals, it is typically stored in plastic containers.

Hydrofluoric acid is widely used in the preparation of many useful fluorine compounds, such as Teflon, Freon, fluorocarbons and many medications such as fluoxetine.

Silica Gel is a granular, vitreous, porous form of silicon dioxide. Silica gel contains a nano-porous silica micro-structure, suspended inside a liquid. 

Silica gel is used to absorb moisture and keep things dry. Silica gel is also used to dry the air in industrial compressed air systems. Air from the compressor discharge flows through a bed of silica gel beads. The silica gel adsorbs moisture from the air, preventing damage at the point of use of the compressed air due to condensation or moisture.

n-Butanol also called  n-butyl alcohol or butanol is a primary alcohol with the chemical formula C4H9OH.

Butanol is used as a solvent for a wide variety of chemical and textile processes, in organic synthesis and as a chemical intermediate.

It is also used as a paint thinner and a solvent in other coating applications.

n-Butanol is used as an ingredient in perfumes and as a solvent for the extraction of essential oils.
