FLEXO REDUCER is based on ethyl acetate at a proprietory composition developed for viscosity adjustment and dilution of compatible solvent-based flexographic printing inks.
The formulation provides rapid solvent evaporation, good solvency, and improved ink flow during printing. It can help maintain consistent ink transfer, print definition, and drying performance when used at an appropriate dosage.
The product is intended for use in industrial flexographic printing operations, subject to compatibility with the ink resin system, substrate, and printing conditions.

- Flexible packaging printing - For viscosity adjustment of compatible inks used on plastic films and flexible packaging materials.
- Packaging and label printing - For selected solvent-based inks used in packaging, labels, and related printed materials.
- Ink preparation and viscosity control - For controlled dilution of compatible inks before and during printing.
- Check compatibility: Confirm that the thinner is suitable for the ink resin system and substrate. Test a small sample before production use.
- Measure initial viscosity: Determine the ink viscosity using the appropriate viscometer or flow cup specified by the ink manufacturer.
